What we collect

This website does not collect personal data from visitors by default. If a visitor chooses to contact Jenny via the email, phone, WhatsApp, Telegram or scheduling links provided, the contact details voluntarily shared by the visitor are used solely to respond and to coordinate any requested financial advisory conversation.

Where a contact or interest form is later introduced, it will be a Company-approved form carrying explicit purpose-of-use notification and consent, in line with PDPA obligations.

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries you have initiated.
• To arrange financial advisory conversations and follow-up, where you have requested them.
• To comply with regulatory and record-keeping obligations applicable to AIA FA representatives.

Your personal data is not used for unrelated marketing purposes unless you have given clear and unambiguous marketing consent under PDPA.

Your rights

• You may request access to or correction of personal data we hold about you.
• You may withdraw any marketing consent previously given at any time.
• Telephone numbers used for marketing calls or SMS are checked against the Singapore Do-Not-Call Registry and AIA’s DNC register before contact, unless clear and unambiguous consent has been given.
