Services

What we draw together.

Services arranged using AIA products and other plans within the authorised scope of AIA Financial Advisers Private Limited.

Protection = "What happens if something goes wrong"

Personal (Singaporean & expat) Who or what pays your bills if illness stops you working — savings, parents, insurance? If you're an expat and fall seriously ill, do you have the time and money to fly home for treatment? If your parents fly over to care for you, where would they stay? (e.g. income protection, medical insurance, long-term care coverage)

Accumulation = "Is your money actually working for you, or just sitting there?"

Personal (Singaporean & expat) If an emergency hit next month, would you have to break your long-term investments to cover it? Are you saving toward something specific, or just setting money aside with no real plan? If you left Singapore next year, would your savings follow you smoothly, or get stuck? (e.g. separate emergency fund vs. long-term investments, goal-based savings)

Distribution = "Who gets it, when, and how smoothly."

Personal (Singaporean & expat) If something happened to you tomorrow, would your family know what you have and where? Does your will cover money or property held overseas too? (e.g. wills, beneficiary nominations)

The process

How a plan gets drawn.

Five stages, the way an architect would work — from brief to maintenance.

01

Brief

A conversation, not a pitch. We talk about your life, your people, and what you want the plan to hold up.

02

Survey

A careful look at what already exists — coverage, savings, exposure. We measure the site before we draw anything new.

03

Drafting

I draft a plan: structure, materials, sightlines. Protection, growth, transition — each piece chosen for a reason.

04

Build

Once you sign off on the drawings, we put the plan into action — clean steps, clear timelines, nothing rushed.

05

Maintenance

Buildings settle; lives change. We schedule reviews so the plan stays true to the life it was drawn for.

FAQ

The questions you're probably thinking.

Who do you primarily work with?

+

Business owners, families holding assets in more than one country, new immigrants settling into Singapore, and people from overseas looking for a stable financial hub in Asia. Clients come from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia and elsewhere — what they have in common is a plan that has to hold up across borders, not just in one place. As an authorised representative of AIA Financial Advisers Private Limited, services are limited to insurance, investment-linked plans, and regulated collective investment schemes.

Are you working with a team or an individual?

+

Both — it depends on what the case needs. Straightforward planning I handle myself; I work in English and Mandarin, so most conversations happen directly in whichever you prefer. For larger or more complex cases I bring in my team, who between them cover English, Mandarin, and Indonesian. Where estate planning calls for a legal or tax perspective, I work alongside qualified specialists in those fields, so the discussion can go properly in depth rather than stop at the edge of my own licence. Whatever the scale, you deal with one point of contact and have the right people behind it.

How should an SME owner approach retirement planning?

+

Self-employed business owners in Singapore typically only contribute to Medisave. The Special and Ordinary Accounts barely accumulate, and there is no employer match toward CPF LIFE. The result is that savings feel steady but the retirement-income path is incomplete. Common ways to close the gap include SRS, savings-oriented insurance, and investment-linked products. Specific tax and CPF details should be coordinated with a licensed tax adviser.

What does the first meeting look like?

+

It starts with listening. Before we discuss any product or recommendation, I go through your goals, current coverage, business cash flow, and family obligations across jurisdictions. The first conversation is at no charge — the purpose is to clarify what a plan needs to do, not to sell.

Is jennycjh.com the official website of AIA Financial Advisers?

+

No. This is the personal practice site of Chiang Jen Huei (Jenny Chiang), authorised representative of AIA Financial Advisers Private Limited (Reg. No. 201715016G). It is not the official AIA Financial Advisers website. All advice and product references are within the authorised scope of AIA Financial Advisers Private Limited.

First draft

Let's sketch your plan together.

A first conversation — no slides, no pitch. We map what you have, what you want, and where the lines need to be drawn. You leave with a clearer brief.

No obligations. No pressure. A conversation, drawn at your pace.
